How I Quickly Lost Myself and Fought My Way Back
There are moments that feel like endings. Not with some dramatic crash or obvious collapse but in the small, subtle ways life begins to drift out of focus.
For me, it started with something minor: back spasms. Annoying? Sure. But I figured they’d pass. I told myself, no big deal.
But they didn’t pass. They got worse. And so did everything else.
I canceled workouts I was looking forward to. Skipped the cold plunge that grounded me. My morning routine softened. The structure, the clarity, the purpose I built day by day... began slipping through my fingers.
And that voice inside me—the one that used to roar with conviction? It grew quiet. Too quiet.
Then came the whispers. “You’re slipping.” “You’ll never get it back.” “Maybe this is who you are now.” I call them the wolves.
Not because they pounce. But because they circle. Patient. Persistent. Whispering doubt when you're most vulnerable.
But here’s what I’ve come to realize: The wolves aren’t just the enemy. They’re the invitation. To stop hiding. To face the silence. To decide who you are when everything you built begins to fall apart.
And this week, I made that decision. Not to retreat. Not to wait for things to magically get better. But to rise. To meet the wolves. To become one of them.
If you’ve lost momentum… if your light feels dim or your belief is fading…then today’s video is for you.
You’re not alone. Let’s rise together.
Continue to live inspired,
