How to Rebuild Your Life When You Feel Completely Broken
I’ve been there.
That place where the pain is so loud it drowns out the hope.
Where it feels like the life you imagined is slipping further away, and there’s no map to get it back.
And if that’s where you are right now… I want you to know something:
This is not the end.
Not of your story. Not of your healing. Not of your potential.
Today’s video was hard to make because it came from a place I’ve been wrestling with myself. I’ve been dealing with injuries. Deep, lingering ones that left me convinced I’d never train or lift weights again. I was sure something inside me had broken permanently. That I’d lost something I’d never get back.
But I was wrong.
Not because it magically disappeared. But because I decided to rebuild—slowly, painfully, intentionally. With body work. With stretching. With showing up on the days I didn’t want to.
And what I learned wasn’t just about the body, it was about life.
You are not cursed. You are not the exception. You are not stuck.
You are in the middle of the fire that forges the next version of you.
The world will tell you it’s over. That some things can’t be fixed. That you should accept the heartbreak, the failure, the silence.
But I’m telling you: every step forward is a crack of light in the darkness. Every tear you cry is watering the ground for something new to grow.
This week’s video is a reminder that everything is fixable.
Not perfect. Not instant. But possible.
