Hey Gang,

I was working out with Eric the other day, the usual grind, the usual sweat, the usual mix of joking and philosophical rambling that somehow always happens between sets.

And right in the middle of a brutal circuit, he starts laughing. “You know what you are?” he says. “You’re the Yes Man. I tell you what’s next, and you don’t hesitate. You don’t negotiate. You just go.”

At first, I wasn’t sure how to take that. But the more I thought about it, the more I realized… he’s right.

Somewhere this year, I slipped out of overthinking and into something quieter, stronger, simpler: autopilot discipline. Not mindless, but momentum-built. Not passive, but purposeful.

Because here’s what I keep learning in that gym: When you stop debating the work, you finally start discovering your strength.

There’s a magic in saying yes before your brain has a chance to talk you out of it. Yes to the next rep. Yes to the next step. Yes to the next chapter. Yes to the version of you who isn’t waiting to feel ready.

And the crazy thing? That simple yes, repeated enough times, starts spilling into everything else.

It’s the yes that pushed me to finally build the AG/NS apparel line. The yes that made AGNS Academy feel not just possible, but inevitable. The yes that turned 2026 from intimidating… into exciting.

Because I’ve seen what happens when I stop questioning what’s possible and just move.
